SMALL BUSINESS POLICES & OPERATIONS

🔲💲 BOOKING AGREEMENT FOR THE TIME SLOT 

Charged for the original time slot and all services booked if you did not make changes 48 hours in advance with your online client link by clients while turning other clients away holding the income service slot.

By completing a booking you agree to the booking agreement and that you have read all policies prior to booking including client conduct, minor conduct and sales policy.

To ensure we are the right fit for your needs, we require a thorough consultation before every service to the best of our abilities. Because achieving realistic expectations is our top priority, we reserve the right to decline services or future bookings if we feel we cannot confidently provide the desired outcome, including clients who exhibit disrespectful behavior, violate & dispute salon policies and operations, leaving reviews are not justified for minor hair cut imperfections or display a pattern of recurring dissatisfaction or scam behavior. We hope every guest leaves happy, and sometimes that means mutually agreeing to part ways.


🔺❗ MINORS & SALON CONDUCT POLICY
My salon is a calm, low‑key space. That works very hard to run independently & stay open.


To protect that environment, my well-being, my brand and public image, I have the following expectations for services involving minors:

A parent or legal guardian must book the appointment and is responsible for the minor’s behavior before, during, and after the visit including online harrasment on my business profile.

 negative posts or reviews will terminate family unit relationships with the salon, as a family level accountability and responsibility is required.


I expect all clients and guardians to communicate respectfully, both in person and online. Harassment, threats, or defamatory statements on review platforms or social media are not acceptable and may be addressed through the platform’s reporting system and, when necessary, legal channels, police, schools pertaining to cyber bullying and online behavior. 18 and older are permitted to use Google platforms.


If a minor or guardian displays aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior, I reserve the right to end the service and decline future appointments.


If you know your child struggles with behavior that may result in verbal aggression, harassment, or retaliatory online behavior, you may not book them here.
▶️By booking an appointment for a minor, you acknowledge and agree to these expectations.


🔳 SALES, REFUND & REVIEWS POLICY 

  • All sales are final including goods sold compensated for the service provided. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchange.
  • We do not tolerate fraudulent or abusive behavior, including:
    Charge back fraud or theft,
    Using complaints of dissatisfaction to demand a refund in order to obtain services elsewhere is theft of services or fraud, scamming, review manipulation, or a bad-faith refund scheme. 
  • Threatening or posting negative reviews for the purpose of pressuring us into providing a refund, discount, or free services (“review extortion”).
  • Any suspected fraudulent or extortionate activity is documented and, if necessary, reported to the appropriate authorities and/or platforms.
