🔻These last-minute spots are:

◾ time sensitive,
◾ fixed-time,
◾ cannot be moved or modified once booked.
◾Confirm your schedule first,
◾ no grace period to cancel,
◾ cannot be refilled.
🔻Cancelling right after booking will incur a 100% late cancellation fee & Account Lock.🔒Paid prior to rescheduling online.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
◾Arrive inside before the appointment start time to be taken.
◾All sales are final.

◾ 100% late cancellation fee. Paid prior to rebooking online.
◾💲(Time based service charge) for time even if you down grade or a modification is made inside that reserved time. (Preventing down grading at appointments) & taking up additional income based appointment timeslots that can't be filled.
◾The salon is not responsible for:
• incorrect booking,
• if your late,
• down grade at the appointment,
• need to leave early,
the full fee applies for time booked & held just for you while turning other clients away coving lost revenue that is the expected revenue for the time you held while open and operational.

◾No show/no rebook or online. Does not except calls or text disputing policies.
